Safe Security
DevOps Engineer
- Redesigned CI/CD pipeline using reusable GitHub Actions workflows, providing a structured framework for cross-team adoption and faster shipping.
- Migrated the entire AWS CDK codebase to Terraform, significantly improving infrastructure maintainability and module reusability.
- Decomposed a monolithic repository into independently deployable microservices, reducing deployment risk and enabling team autonomy.

Site Reliability Engineer
- Built a full observability platform (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Grafana + OpenTelemetry) delivering real-time insights across 100+ active warehouse robots.
- Authored Ansible playbooks with a Semaphore UI frontend, enabling non-engineers to independently trigger complex robot onboarding tasks.
- Introduced PostgreSQL backup and recovery via Barman, dramatically reducing RTO and boosting confidence in the operations team's ability to recover from data corruption.
